Turn field observations into accountable action without losing the evidence, ownership, or decisions that explain what happened next.
Designed for Teams Where Work and Safety Meet
One Safety Workflow Should Strengthen the Next
Safety Culture keeps the handoff visible from a published standard to field evidence, corrective work, and the final record. Teams can see not only what happened, but what changed because of it.

Leadership
A complete inspection lifecycle, with no missing context.
Published templates become immutable inspection snapshots, so the work completed today remains trustworthy after tomorrow's template update.
Shape the standard
Build a reusable template with the questions, evidence, scoring, and report layout your work requires.
Conduct the work
Guide field teams section by section with autosave, required responses, notes, and multiple photos.
Act on what matters
Flag failed checks, preserve context, and keep issues and follow-up close to the original evidence.
Share the outcome
Generate a structured report with responses, score, evidence, sign-off, and the exact template version used.
Built for the moment of work
Clear enough for the field. Detailed enough for the report.
Each response stays focused, while notes, media, actions, and validation remain available exactly where they are needed.

Work area controls
Required PPE is available and being used
Emergency exit route is clear
Security and accountability are part of the workflow.
Safety Culture is being built for organizations where records affect people, operations, compliance, and leadership decisions. Access, versions, and evidence cannot be afterthoughts.
Organization scoped
Operational records stay attached to the active organization, team, and permission context.
Role-based authorization
Owners, admins, and members receive explicit module permissions instead of scattered UI-only checks.
Two-factor ready
Better Auth powers accounts, linked providers, sessions, recovery, and authenticator-based two-factor security.
Immutable inspection snapshots
Completed work retains the exact published template and report layout version used in the field.
The record should still make sense months after the work was completed.
Template versions, conducted-by context, completion dates, response evidence, scores, and report settings stay together as a coherent operational record.
What Teams Usually Want to Know
Safety Culture is growing module by module, with the underlying organization, authorization, evidence, and versioning foundations already in place.
Explore the WorkspaceWhat can teams use Safety Culture for today?
The current platform includes organizations and teams, user administration, profile security and two-factor authentication, templates, inspections, issues with QR reporting, Heads Up communication, evidence uploads, and inspection reports.
Can we create our own inspection templates?
Yes. Template authors can create sections and questions, select response types, configure notes, media, actions, required responses and scoring, then publish controlled immutable versions for inspections.
Can people report issues without an account?
Yes. Organizations can create QR reporting links so people can submit hazards, incidents, or observations from a public mobile-friendly form. Authenticated reporting remains available inside the dashboard.
How are completed inspections protected from template changes?
An inspection stores the exact published template version and report layout it started from. Later template changes do not rewrite the inspection or its report.
Does Safety Culture generate PDF reports?
Yes. Completed inspections render professional reports from server-generated HTML and print CSS, with Puppeteer producing clean PDF exports that include branding, evidence, scores, signatures, and audit context.
Is this only for safety managers?
No. Safety Culture is designed for field teams, supervisors, operations leaders, safety professionals, and administrators. Permissions keep each role focused on the work it should see and perform.
